All items are sent from Scotland, UK via The UK Royal Mail Postal Service.
Items going to UK and Europe addresses are sent via first class which takes approximately 1-3 business days to arrive in the UK and 3-5 days in Europe.
Items being sent to all other parts of the world are sent by the international standard service and are estimated to take 7- 10 working days to arrive, but can take up to 25 working days.
Please allow up to 10 working days in the UK, and 29 days for international addresses to receive your parcel before you contact me this will allow for any postal delays to be rectified.

We CANNOT assume responsibility for any item lost or damaged in the post. Once the item is bought and posted IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
We are a small business and unfortunately the item CANNOT be refunded or re-placed should it be lost or damage in the postal system.

If you have been overcharged for postage (which sometimes happens with combined postage costs calculated when buying more than one item), you will be contacted and reimbursed via paypal.
